Customer Feedback and Comments

We have decided to offer our customers the chance to leave us feedback comments for every purchase they make. It seems that it's impossible to know what is and isn't genuine when you read customer feedback comments on e commerce websites. It's a known fact that too many online merchants simply make them up themselves and stuff them full of key marketing phrases.
Those that do add the genuine comments on will of course only add the best ones, the complaints never get published. Sites like eBay® and Amazon® have utilised customer feedback very effectively and online buyers have come to trust the overall integrity of their feedback system. We feel it's important to lay down the draw bridge and allow our customers to submit their own comments that can be published on the web for all to see.

To combat fake customer feedback we have set up a special website that is totally devoted to what our customers think of us, our products and our service. Customers are free to leave comments on the site. Once you have received your order you too can visit the JDS feedback site to leave your own comment should you wish to do so. Comments are moderated however only foul language, offensive, abusive or spam comments will be deleted. Customers who leave feedback can leave their name alongside their comment or remain anonymous if they wish. If you have your own website or blog you are welcome to leave a link to it within your comment if you wish.
