A large wooden Backgammon set in stained wood with inlaid board. At 19 inches across this is a well proportioned set with a clean and clear playing area. This set has been manufactured in Europe and is not to be confused with cheaper versions that are made in China. Included in the case are the essential Backgammon playing pieces. The dice are resin while the coins are made of solid wood. Leatherette dice shakers complete the package.
We have obtained this lovely backgammon set from a company in Poland called the Polish Chess Company. While it still represents great value for money it is nice to see and experience a wooden game that has been made in Europe.
