This attractive chess set is made from solid wood and features a stunning inlaid wooden board and bookend styling. The pieces are all made from solid wood in the classic staunton style. They look great against the inlaid board. The inside of the cabinet houses all the pieces inside elastic holders for easy and neat storage.
The enclosure is crafted beautifully and secured with brass hinges and magnetic closing catches to ensure neat and clutter free opening and closing of the cabinet. A magnetic closing system means no clasps spoil the look of the bookend front of the cabinet. In all, a stunning looking chess set thats practical, looks stunning and is ideal for home or travel chess playing.
