We feel our returns policy is one of the best on the web, if you don't agree please tell us. We have left out any boring terms and conditions from the policy to makes things simple for you.
If under any circumstances you wish to return your product for a full refund including postage you can simply make a phone call and the product will be collected from your front door by our couriers*. They will then deliver it back to us within a couple of days, longer for weekends, and we will refund the total order value back to your credit or debit card.
The free returns service means you don't have to worry about long qeues at the post office or paying for return postage.
To allow for your busy lifestyle our returns policy is open for 28 days after you recieve your order. This gives you plenty of time to return your product to us should you wish to do so.
Your order will include a returns form with a unique reference number and phone number on it. If you decide you want to return the product for a full refund you simply call the number on the form, quote the reference number, give your name and address to the couriers and arrange a day for collection. Collection from your office or place of work is also an option.
