Product design and development is carried out in our Bath offices with close links to design and sample departments in our factories over-seas. Our products all start life as an idea. We carefully evaluate market demand and listen to customer’s requests. We then set about conceptualising and designing a product and it’s packaging. We involve our factories at every stage to ensure our ideas can make it through to mass production . We then commission pre production samples of the products for approval and testing.

After samples have passed EN71 tests and been awarded certification orders are placed for quantities of the product. Production can last up to 2 months or more before the orders are shipped to the UK.

Throughout this process strict quality checks are carried out on production lines.
