Why is there a Surcharge for Europe and World orders?

Here at JDS Toys & Games we offer UK, Europe and Worldwide shipping on most of of our items. In order to keep our postage charges as low as possible for our customers we use a geographical surcharging system.

UK buyers will pay standard postage which is based on total order price. For Europe and World buyers we need to add a shipping surcharge onto each item to cover the extra cost of the service. This is generally based on the weight of the item - therefore heavier items, such as large chess sets cost more to ship compared to a pop-gun or bow and arrow set.

Each item has an individual surcharge based on the item's weight - therefore you don't pay anymore than is needed to cover our shipping costs. If you would like to find out more about surcharging or have any questions, please e-mail us at info@jdstoysandgames.com

How do I know my order has shipped?

We ensure safe arrival of your package and respond to lost or damaged orders fast with replacement of goods or a refund. Once your order has shipped an email is sent to you to advise you it’s left us.
