Returning an Item
Our Returns policy is open and honest and in accordance with all EU distance selling regulations. This policy is open for 14 days after you have received your goods and is covered according to the following conditions:
Goods that arrived damaged
If your order arrives damaged you must alert us straight away. A new item will be sent out and the couriers may collect the damaged one at the same time as the replacement is delivered. Please note that damaged goods may be collected by our couriers insurance division for inspection to support a claim.
Goods that arrive in faulty condition
If your order arrives and the product is faulty or not in acceptable working condition you are entitled to either a full refund or a replacement item. You will not be liable for any return postage costs, the faulty goods will be collected by our couriers and a new item delivered free of charge.
When you change your mind
Should you change your mind about your order after it's been placed you have 14 days in which to return it to us. It MUST be returned in original condition and original packaging and it will need to arrive back to us in that same condition. Once it has been received back we will issue you a full refund including the postage costs incurred during it's original transit to your address. Postage resulting from sending your order back to us will not be refunded unless your order is damaged or faulty.
